Notices by the Company to directors. The Company may give a notice to a director by: (a) delivering it personally to him or her; (b) sending it by prepaid post to his or her usual residential or business address, or any other address he or she has supplied to the Company for giving notices; or (c) sending it by fax or other electronic means to the fax number or electronic address he or she has supplied to the Company for giving notices.
