Notices by the Company. The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee, each Paying Agent and the Principal Agent of any facts known to the Company that would cause a Security Payment to violate this Article, but failure to give such notice shall not affect the subordination provided in this Article of the Subordinated Debt Securities to Senior Indebtedness. Without limiting the foregoing, if payment of the Subordinated Debt Securities is accelerated because of an Event of Default, the Company shall promptly notify the Principal Agent of the acceleration.
