Notices by the Master Servicer and the Servicers. In the event that Discover Bank is no longer acting as Master Servicer or Servicer, or any other Servicer shall cease to act as a Servicer, any Successor Master Servicer or Successor Servicer, as applicable, appointed pursuant to Section 10.03 shall deliver or make available to Discover Bank on behalf of the Holder of the Seller Certificate each certificate and report required to be prepared, forwarded or delivered thereafter pursuant to this Agreement.
