Notices by. a Borrower to the Administrative Agent of terminations or reductions of the Commitments shall be irrevocable and shall be effective only if received in a timely manner, as set forth in SECTION 2.3(B) hereof, by the Administrative Agent. Each such notice of termination or reduction shall specify the amount of the Commitments to be terminated or reduced.
