Common use of Notices; Deliverables; Limitations Clause in Contracts

Notices; Deliverables; Limitations. Any Advance or Release, as the case may be, shall have been requested and made in compliance with, (i) with respect to any Advance, Section 2.01, and (ii) with respect to any Release, Section 2.04, including, without limitation, delivery of the applicable Advance Notice or Prepayment/Release Notice, as the case may be, as and when required thereunder.
