Common use of Notices, Designations, and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Notices, Designations, and Specifications. Any notice or other communication required or permitted to be delivered to any party under this Accreditation Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed properly delivered, given and received when delivered by hand, by registered mail (return receipt requested), by courier or express delivery service, by e-mail (against of receipt of confirmation of delivery) or by telecopier/fax (against receipt of answer back confirming delivery) during business hours to the address or telecopier/fax number set forth beneath the name of such party below or when delivery as described above is refused by the intended recipient, unless such party has given a notice of a change of address in writing pursuant to the foregoing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, notice shall be deemed properly given from the .IN Registry to Registrar at such time as the .IN Registry posts any notice, update, modification or other information on its website, so long as such notice, update, modification or other information is intended for all accredited Registrars generally (e.g., adoption of a new ccTLD Policy).
