Whenever Airgas desires a U.S. Swingline Loan advance hereunder its duly authorized officer or representative shall give written notice (or telephone notice promptly confirmed in writing) to the U.S. Swingline Lender not later than 2:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance. Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify (A) that a U.S. Swingline Loan advance is requested, (B) the date of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance (which shall be a Business Day) and (C) the principal amount of the U.S. Swingline Loan advance requested. Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgas. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit the funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with the Swingline Lender by 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

(Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas the Borrower shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgasthe Borrower. P.M., (Charlotte, North Carolina time) ), on the Business Day of the requested borrowingBorrowing.

Whenever Airgas Xxxx desires a U.S. Swingline Loan advance hereunder its duly authorized officer or representative it shall give written notice (or telephone notice promptly confirmed in writing) to the U.S. Swingline Lender not later than 2:00 P.M. 12:00 Noon (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance. Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify (A) that a U.S. Swingline Loan advance is requested, (B) the date of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance (which shall be a Business Day) and (C) the principal amount of the U.S. Swingline Loan advance requested. Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas Xxxx shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from AirgasXxxx. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to Xxxx by 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender Bank and Airgas the Borrower shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender Bank of any such notice from Airgasthe Borrower. The U.S. Swingline Lender Bank shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the Borrower by 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify (A) that a U.S. Swingline Loan advance is requested, (B) the date of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance (which shall be a Business Day) and ), (C) the aggregate principal amount of the U.S. Swingline Loan advance requested. Each U.S. requested and (D) whether the Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. consist of Base Rate Loan Loans, Fed Funds Swingline Loans or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgascombination thereof. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the Borrower by 3:00 P.M. 1:30 p.m. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day specified by the Borrower in the applicable Notice of the requested borrowingBorrowing.

(Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of 50 the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance. Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify (A) that a U.S. Swingline Loan advance is requested, (B) the date of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance (which shall be a Business Day) and (C) the principal amount of the U.S. Swingline Loan advance requested. Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Loan as agreed to by the Swingline Lender and the Borrower at the time of such Swingline Loan and (subject to subsection (c) below) shall have such maturity date (and, in the case of a Quoted Rate Loan, such Interest Period) as agreed to by the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas shall agree the Borrower upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgasthe Borrower. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the Borrower by 3:00 1:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify (A) that a U.S. Swingline Loan advance is requested, (B) the date of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance (which shall be a Business Day) and (C) the principal amount of the U.S. Swingline Loan advance requested. Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas the Borrower shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgasthe Borrower. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the Borrower by 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing. Each Swingline Loan advance shall be in a minimum principal amount of $100,000 and in integral multiples of $100,000 in excess thereof (or the remaining amount of the Swingline Committed Amount, if less).

Notices; Disbursement. Whenever Airgas the Borrower desires a U.S. Swingline Loan advance hereunder its duly authorized officer or representative it shall give written notice (or telephone notice promptly confirmed in writing) to the U.S. Swingline Lender not later than 2:00 P.M. 12:00 Noon (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance. Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify (A) that a U.S. Swingline Loan advance is requested, (B) the date of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance (which shall be a Business Day) and (C) the principal amount of the U.S. Swingline Loan advance requested. Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas the Borrower shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgasthe Borrower. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the Borrower by 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date (which maturity date shall not be a date more than three (3) Business Days from the date of advance thereof) as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas the applicable Borrower shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgasthe applicable Borrower. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the applicable Borrower by 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

(Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the Borrower by 3:00 4:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas the Borrower shall agree by telephone, promptly confirmed in writing, upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgasthe Borrower. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit the funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with amount representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the general deposit account of the Borrower by 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit make each Swingline Loan available to the funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with the Swingline Lender Borrower by 3:00 P.M. Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas the Borrower shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgasthe Borrower. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the Borrower by 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this subsection (i), the Borrower and the Swingline Lender may from time to time agree to make Swingline Loan advances pursuant to an "auto-borrow" and "zero balance" or other similar arrangement, subject however to the conditions and limitations relating to the Swingline Loans set out herein.

Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas the Borrower shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgasthe Borrower. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the Borrower by 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

Whenever Airgas the Borrower desires a U.S. Swingline Loan advance hereunder its duly authorized officer or representative hereunder, the Borrower shall give written notice (or telephone notice promptly confirmed in writing) the form of a Notice of Swingline Borrowing to the U.S. Swingline Lender not later than 2:00 1:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance. Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify (A) that a U.S. Swingline Loan advance is requested, (B) the date of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance (which shall be a Business Day) and (C) the principal amount of the U.S. Swingline Loan advance requested. Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgasset forth in clause (iii) below. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit make each Swingline Loan available to the funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with the Swingline Lender Borrower by 3:00 P.M. P.M., (Charlotte, North Carolina time) ), on the Business Day of the requested borrowingSwingline Loan advance.

Whenever Airgas the Borrower desires a U.S. Swingline Loan advance hereunder its duly authorized officer or representative it shall give written notice (or telephone telephonic notice promptly confirmed in writing) to the U.S. Swingline Lender not later than 2:00 P.M. 12:00 Noon (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance. Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify (A) that a U.S. Swingline Loan advance is requested, (B) the date of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance (which shall be a Business Day) and (C) the principal amount of the U.S. Swingline Loan advance requested. Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted an Adjusted CD Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas the Borrower shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgasthe Borrower, such maturity date not to exceed seven (7) Business Days from the making of such Swingline Loan. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the Borrower by 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North CHAR_1\F:\DOCS\KAM\BANKING\218148_8 38 Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.

Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify (A) that a U.S. Swingline Loan advance is requested, (B) the date of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance (which shall be a Business Day) and (C) the principal amount of the U.S. Swingline Loan advance requested. Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be made as a U.S. Base Rate Loan or a Quoted Rate U.S. Swingline Loan and shall have such maturity date as the U.S. Swingline Lender and Airgas the Borrower shall agree upon receipt by the U.S. Swingline Lender of any such notice from Airgasthe Borrower. The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit initiate the transfer of funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the Borrower by 3:00 3:30 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing. Each Swingline Loan advance shall be in a minimum principal amount of $100,000 and in integral multiples of $50,000 in excess thereof (or the remaining amount of the Swingline Committed Amount, if less).

The U.S. Swingline Lender shall credit the funds requested to an Airgas account maintained with amount representing the Swingline Lender Loan advance to the general deposit account of the Borrowers by 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day of the requested borrowing.
