Common use of Notices from Master Landlord Clause in Contracts

Notices from Master Landlord. Each party shall provide to the other party a copy of any notice or demand received from or delivered to Master Landlord as soon as practicable thereafter, but preferably within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving, and concurrently upon delivering, such notice or demand. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sublandlord shall only be required to provide copies of any notices or demand affecting the Premises or those affecting the interests of all subtenants in the Project.
