Common use of Notices from Owner Clause in Contracts

Notices from Owner. All notices required by this Agreement shall be sent by first class mail postage prepaid to Tenant’s last known address or to the electronic mail address provided by the Tenant in this Agreement. Notices shall be deemed given when deposited with the U. S. Postal Service or when sent by electronic mail. All statutory notices shall be sent as required by law. If Tenant has provided the Owner with an electronic address, the Owner may communicate with Tenant and provide Tenant with any written notices authorized or required under this Agreement or by applicable law via electronic mail.
