Notices in Respect of Tenders. When the Trustee receives a notice from a Bondholder (or a Beneficial Owner through its direct Participant) as specified in paragraph 6 of the form of the Bond for the Bondholder (or a Beneficial Owner through its direct Participant) that Bonds are being tendered, the Trustee will promptly notify the Remarketing Agent and the Company by facsimile transmission or telephone, promptly confirmed in writing, of the receipt of such notice, but in no event later than the following times: (1) when the Bonds bear interest at a Daily Rate, no later than 11:15 a.m. (New York City time) on the same Business Day; and (2) when the Bonds bear interest at a Weekly Rate, no later than 11:15 a.m. (New York City time) on the Business Day next succeeding receipt of such notice.
