When the Trustee receives a notice from a Bondholder (or a Beneficial Owner through its direct Participant) as specified in paragraph 6 of the form of the Bond for the Bondholder (or a Beneficial Owner through its direct Participant) that Bonds are being tendered, the Trustee will promptly notify the Remarketing Agent and the Company by facsimile transmission or telephone, promptly confirmed in writing, of the receipt of such notice, but in no event later than the following times:
