Notices/Legal Compliance. Licensee agrees to use all notices and legends with the Licensor Intellectual Property in accordance with all applicable Legal Requirements (as defined in the Management Agreement) or as reasonably requested by Licensor and consistent with Licensor’s own use of such notices.
