Notices; Material Information, etc. Each Loan Party shall, within five (5) Business Days after filing, provide to the Administrative Agent written notification of the filing of any litigation against such Loan Party or the Originator which, if a judgment were to be obtained by the plaintiff, would result in the occurrence of an Event of Default or otherwise cause a Material Adverse Effect.
