All notices under this contract shall be deemed sufficient if given in writing and served upon the Xxxx and the President of the Board personally or by certified mail, return receipt requested. Notices shall be addressed to the Xxxx at the address furnished by the Xxxx and on file in the Xxxx’x personnel file and to the President of the Board at the District Administrative Center.
