Common use of Notices not Required Clause in Contracts

Notices not Required. No Guarantee Beneficiary nor any other Person shall have any duty or obligation to notify, or timely notify, the Guarantor of (i) any default, event of default, demand or similar event (however denominated) under any of the Documents, or any renewal, extension, supplement, modification, rearrangement, amendment, restatement, replacement, cancellation, rescission, revocation or reinstatement (whether or not material) in respect thereof, (ii) any taking, release or exchange of any security, (iii) any action taken or not taken by any Guarantee Beneficiary or any other Person against the Borrower or any other Borrower Group Obligor or any other Person, (iv) any new agreement between any Guarantee Beneficiary, the Borrower, any other Borrower Group Obligor or any other Person, or (v) any other event or circumstance whatsoever.
