Notices of Certain Events; Supplemental Disclosure. Each Party shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to promptly notify the other Parties of any changes or events occurring between the date of this Agreement and any Closing with respect to any written notice or other written communication from any Governmental Authority in connection with an Authorization related to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
