Notices of Distribution. In the event of any authorization or decision by the Company or its board of directors to distribute property or assets to the Members, the Company shall provide prior written notice to the Holders at least ten (10) days prior to such distribution or, if earlier, the date on which the Holders must be Members in order to receive such a distribution, specifying the date on which any such distribution is to be made or, if earlier, the date on which the Holders must be Members in order to receive such a distribution.
