NOTICES OF NONCOMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS. The Lessee shall furnish to the Lessor, within five (5) days after receipt thereof, a copy of any notice or order of any Governmental Authority asserting that the Lessee is not in compliance with, or may be liable for contamination originating from or on the Parcel or the Facility under any Applicable Law, in any case in any respect material to the value of the Leased Property or any part thereof or the respective interests of the Lessor therein.
