Common use of Notices of Prepayment Clause in Contracts

Notices of Prepayment. Any notice of prepayment or other election given by any Party under clause 7 (Prepayment and cancellation) shall (subject to the terms of that clause) be irrevocable and, unless a contrary indication appears in this Agreement, any such notice shall specify the date or dates upon which the relevant prepayment is to be made and the amount of that prepayment.

Notices of Prepayment. Any notice of prepayment prepayment, authorisation or other election given by any Party under clause Clause 6 (Illegality and voluntary prepayment) or Clause 7 (Prepayment Mandatory prepayment and cancellationSegregated Accounts) shall (subject to the terms of that clausethose Clauses) be irrevocable and, unless a contrary indication appears in this Agreement, any such notice shall specify the date or dates upon which the relevant cancellation or prepayment is to be made and the amount of that cancellation or prepayment.

Notices of Prepayment.
