Common use of Notices of Sale to Service Contractors and Leasing Agents Clause in Contracts

Notices of Sale to Service Contractors and Leasing Agents. Seller will join with Purchaser in executing notices, in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Seller and Purchaser (the “Other Notices of Sale”), which Purchaser shall send to each service provider and leasing agents under the Service Contracts and Commission Agreements informing such service provider and leasing agent of the sale of the Property and of the assignment to and assumption by Purchaser of Seller’s obligations under the Service Contracts and Commission Agreements arising after the Closing Date and directing that all future statements or invoices for services under such Service Contracts and/or Commission Agreements for periods after the Closing be directed to Purchaser as set forth in said notices;

Seller will join with Purchaser in executing notices, in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Seller and Purchaser (the “Other Notices of Sale”), which Purchaser shall send to each service provider and leasing agents agent under the Service Operating Contracts and Commission Agreements assumed by Purchaser at Closing informing such service provider and leasing agent of the sale of the Property and of the assignment to and assumption by Purchaser of Seller’s obligations under the Service Contracts and Commission Operating Agreements arising after the Closing Date and directing that all future statements or invoices for services under such Service Contracts and/or Commission Operating Agreements for periods after the Closing be directed to Seller or Purchaser as set forth in said notices;

Seller will join with Purchaser and the Company in executing notices, in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Seller and Purchaser (the “"Other Notices of Sale”"), which Purchaser shall send to each service provider and leasing agents agent under the Service Contracts Operating Agreements and Commission Agreements (as the case may be) informing such service provider and or leasing agent (as the case may be) of the sale of the Property and of the assignment to and assumption by Purchaser of Seller’s obligations under the Service Contracts and Commission Agreements arising after the Closing Date Membership Interests and directing that all future statements or invoices for services under such Service Contracts Operating Agreements and/or Commission Agreements for periods after the Closing be directed to Seller or Purchaser as set forth in said notices;
