Notices of Supplemental Indentures. The Issuer shall furnish prior notice to the Swap Counterparty of any proposed indentures supplemental to the Indenture under Sections 9.01(b) and 9.02 thereof.

Notices of Supplemental Indentures. The Issuer shall furnish prior notice to the Swap Counterparty of any proposed indentures supplemental to the Indenture under Sections 9.01(b) and 9.02 thereof. Promptly after the execution of any supplement pursuant to Section 9.01(a) of the Indenture, the Issuer shall furnish written notification of the substance of such supplement to the Swap Counterparty.
