The employee and the Employer shall sign copies of letters of reprimand, and notices of suspension and discharge as receipt, one for the Employer and one for the employee, but said copies will not be considered an admission that such notation was justified. If this procedure is not followed, such expression of dissatisfaction shall not become part of her record for any use against her in the future.
