Common use of Notices of Trustee Clause in Contracts

Notices of Trustee. The Trustee shall give notice to both the Pollution Control Corporation and the Company whenever it is required hereby to give notice to either and, additionally, shall furnish to the Pollution Control Corporation and the Company copies of any Notice by Mail or Publication given by it pursuant to any provision hereof.
