Notices or Communications Clause Samples
The "Notices or Communications" clause defines how official information, requests, or notifications between parties must be delivered and received under the agreement. It typically specifies acceptable methods of communication, such as email, postal mail, or courier, and may require that notices be sent to designated addresses or contacts. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear, reliable process for exchanging important information, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about whether and when a notice was properly given.
