Common use of Notices; Payments Clause in Contracts

Notices; Payments. All notices or communications hereunder shall be in writing, and shall be addressed as follows (or to such other address as either Party may have furnished to the other in writing by like notice): (a) To the Company: TriNet Group, Inc., 0000 Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, Attn: Chief Legal Officer, (b) To the Executive at the Executive’s home address in the Company’s records. All such notices or communications shall be conclusively deemed to be delivered (i) if sent by hand delivery or by email (to the Company as set forth above), upon receipt, (ii) if sent by overnight courier, one business day after being sent by overnight courier, or (iii) if sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, on the fifth day after the day on which such notice or correspondence is mailed.
