Notices, Process. Any notice this Agreement requires must be in writing and will be effective only if hand- delivered or sent by certified U.S. mail, return receipt requested, to the party entitled to receive the notice at the Contractor’s address provided in this Agreement, while the District’s Notice address is as follows: Xxxxx 12 Five Star Schools, Chief Operating Officer, 0000 Xxxx 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX 00000; or at such other address that either party may provide later to the other party. Each party agrees to waive service of process in any action brought to enforce or to interpret this Agreement and the parties further agree that service of the complaint and any other pleading, discovery, order or document in any such action that would otherwise have to be served by personal service will be deemed served three (3) days after being sent to the other party and that party’s attorney as provided above.
