Notices; Records. 9.1 All communications between the Parties in respect of, or notices, requests, directions, consents or other information sent under, this Agreement shall be in writing, hand delivered or sent by overnight courier, electronic transmission or telecopier, addressed to the relevant Party at its address, electronic mail or facsimile number specified in Section C of the Transaction Specific Terms or at such other address, electronic mail or facsimile number as such Party may subsequently request in writing. Except as otherwise provided in Section 11.2, all such communications and notices shall be effective upon receipt.
