Notices Specifying Breach. To pay all costs, charges and expenses including Solicitors' costs and Surveyors' fees incurred by the Landlord for the purposes of and incidental to the preparation and service of a notice under Section 14 of the Conveyancing Act, 1881 and Section 2 and 4 of the Conveyancing Act, 1892 or incurred in or in contemplation of proceedings under the said Sections notwithstanding in any such case forfeiture is avoided otherwise than by relief granted by the Court.
