Common use of Notices, Timing and Form Clause in Contracts

Notices, Timing and Form. All written notices (or other communications) relating to this Agreement shall be deemed to be sufficiently given when sent by United States Postal Service – certified mail with signed receipt (or otherwise provably received by signed receipt from the recipient) addressed to the party for whom intended at the following addresses, or at the last known address. Each party shall promptly notify the other party in writing of any change of the address to which notices under this paragraph should be sent. The effective date of such notice shall be the date the notice is received.
