Common use of Notices to Bank Clause in Contracts

Notices to Bank. Promptly notify Bank in writing of (i) the occurrence of any Default Condition or Event of Default; (ii) any pending or threatened litigation claiming damages in excess of $25,000 or seeking relief that, if granted, would adversely affect the financial condition or business operations of Borrower; (iii) the release or discharge of any Hazardous Substance on any property owned by Borrower; and (iii) any asserted violation by Borrower of or demand for compliance by Borrower with any Applicable Law.
