NOTICES TO BARCLAYS BANK PLC AND. ANY CO-SERVICER In the event that Barclays Bank PLC and any Co-Servicer are no longer acting as Servicer and Co-Servicer respectively, any Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Clause 4.3 shall deliver or make available to the Transferor and each Additional Transferor each certificate and report required to be prepared, forwarded or delivered thereafter pursuant to Clause 2.5.
