Notices to City in Policies. Every insurance policy and certificate of insurance specified in subsection (a) of this Section shall contain a provision and/or special endorsement requiring that the Insurer notify the City in writing, in the manner provided in this Agreement, ten (10) days prior to any formal action being taken in the event that any such policy or coverage is revoked, terminated, rescinded, or lapsed.
