Notices to Collateral Agent; No Amendments. As long as any Financing Assignment of record created in accordance with this Article 6 shall remain unsatisfied and the Department has received the notices and documents specified in Section 6.02(g), the following provisions shall apply with respect to any such Financing Assignment, the Collateral Agent and the related Lender or Lenders.
