Notices to Company. Any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent or waiver of Holders or other document provided or permitted by this Note to be made upon, given or furnished to the Company by any Holder shall be sufficient (unless otherwise herein expressly provided) if in writing and mailed first class postage prepaid, to the Company, addressed to it at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Hollywood, California 90038, Attention: Chief Financial Officer; or at any other address previously furnished in writing to the Holders by the Company.
