Notices to Controlling Class Representative. Upon request, including a one-time standby request, the Servicer, as the case may be, shall deliver to the Controlling Class Representative a copy of each notice or other item of information such Person is required to deliver to the Rating Agencies pursuant to Section 7.08, in each case simultaneously with the delivery thereof to the Rating Agencies. The Controlling Class Representative must compensate such Person for any costs involved in such delivery to the Controlling Class Representative.
