Notices to Creditors. Notices to a Creditor will be considered received by the Creditor: (i) for Definitive Notes and Lenders, for overnight mail, on delivery or, for registered first class mail, postage prepaid, three (3) days after deposit in the mail properly addressed to the Creditor at its address in the Note Register (or, with respect to a Lender, as set forth in the related Trust Financing Agreement); or (ii) for Book-Entry Notes, when delivered under the procedures of the Clearing Agency, whether or not the Noteholder actually receives the notice.
