Common use of Notices to Depository Clause in Contracts

Notices to Depository. Whenever any notice or other communication is required to be given to Holders of any Class of Certificates represented in whole or in part by Book-Entry Certificates, the Trust Administrator shall, with respect to such Book-Entry Certificates, give all such notices and communications to the Depository rather than to the related Certificate Owners.
