Whenever a notice or other communication to the Holders of a Series or Class within such Series represented by one or more Global Securities is required under this Trust Agreement, unless and until Definitive Certificates for such Series or Class shall have been issued to such Beneficial Owners pursuant to Section 5.10, the Trustee shall give all such notices and communications specified herein to be given to Holders of the Certificates of such Series to the Depository, and shall have no obligation to the Beneficial Owners.
