Notices to Depository. Whenever any notice or other communication is required to be given to Certificateholders of any Class with respect to which Global Certificates have been issued, unless and until Definitive Certificates shall have been issued to the related Certificate Owners, the Trustee shall give all such notices and communications to the Depository.
