Notices to DTC or its Nominee. Whenever a notice or other communication to the Class B Preferred Securityholders is required under this Agreement, unless and until Definitive Class B Preferred Securities shall have been issued to the Class B Preferred Securityholder pursuant to Section 16.08(c), the Company, the Board of Directors, and the Manager Trustee shall give all such notices and communications specified herein to be given to the Class B Preferred Securityholders to DTC or its nominee, and shall have no obligations to any other Class B Preferred Securityholders.
