Common use of Notices to each Party Clause in Contracts

Notices to each Party. If a provision of this agreement requires a Party to give Notice to a particular Party, then the Party giving the Notice must, at the same time, also give that Notice to every other Party to this agreement in the same manner as the original Notice was required to be given.
