Common use of Notices to Existing Holders Clause in Contracts

Notices to Existing Holders. The Auction Agent shall be entitled to rely upon the address of each Broker-Dealer as provided in Section 4.3 of the applicable Broker-Dealer Agreement in connection with any notice to each Broker-Dealer, as an Existing Holder, required to be given by the Auction Agent.
