Notices to Indenture Trustee, Issuing Entity and Securities Intermediary. All demands, notices and communications upon or to the Issuing Entity, the Secured Party or the Securities Intermediary under this Agreement shall be delivered as specified in Appendix B to the Servicing Agreement.
