NOTICES TO LEASE INDENTURE TRUSTEE. If the Owner Lessor elects to redeem Lessor Notes pursuant to the redemption provisions of Section 4.7 or 4.8 hereof, it shall furnish to the Lease Indenture Trustee, the Security Agent, and for so long as the Bonds are outstanding, the Bondholder Trustee at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officer's Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Lease Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Lessor Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.
