Notices to Other Creditors. Concurrently with the delivery to the “Agent” under the Comerica Credit Agreement, but in any event no later than when such reports and notices are required to be given under such agreement, copies of any static pool analyses, notices of default, notices disclosing adverse litigation or a material adverse change in the Servicer’s financial condition, business or operations.
