Common use of Notices to Resident Clause in Contracts

Notices to Resident. Any written notice by CUE to the Resident shall be deemed to be received by the Resident if it is: (a) personally delivered to the Resident; (b) left at the Resident’s Room; or (c) sent to the non-CUE email address provided by the Resident on their application to CUE or as updated by the Resident in Online Services; or (d) sent to the Resident’s CUE email address, as provided by CUE.
