Common use of Notices to Secured Creditors Clause in Contracts

Notices to Secured Creditors. The Collateral Agent promptly, and in any event within three (3) Business Days of its receipt thereof, shall deliver written notification to each Secured Creditor of the Collateral Agent’s receipt of any Notice of Enforcement Event from any Secured Creditor in accordance with Section 2.4 (and the Collateral Agent shall provide each Secured Creditor a copy thereof), a certificate rescinding such Notice of Enforcement Event in accordance with Section 2.4, or any request by any party hereto or by the Company or any other Credit Party for any consent, waiver or amendment with respect hereto or any other Creditor Document.
