Notices to the Chargor. A demand for payment or any other communication to be given to the Chargor under this Share Charge may be made or given by any manager or officer of Agent and must be in writing addressed to the Chargor served on it at the address for service of the Chargor stated in the Second Schedule, or to the address last notified to Agent by the Chargor, or by facsimile transmission to the facsimile number stated in the Second Schedule, or to the facsimile number last notified to Agent by the Chargor or by any other form of electronic communication which may be available.
