Common use of NOTICES TO THE DEPOSITORY Clause in Contracts

NOTICES TO THE DEPOSITORY. For so long as the Debentures are held through the Depository, if any notice or other communication is required to be given to Debentureholders, the Trustee and the Company shall give all such notices and communications through the Depository, which shall be in accordance with applicable law and regulation.
