Notices to the Lessor. Without limiting clause 31, the Lessee must notify the Lessor as soon as the Lessee becomes aware of any of the following: (a) if any personal property which does not form part of the Lessor's Personal Property becomes an accession to the Lessor's Personal Property and is subject to a security interest in favour of a third party that has attached at the time it becomes an accession; (b) if any of the Lessor's Personal Property is transported, located or situated outside Australia; and (c) upon request by the Lessor, of the present location or situation of any of the Lessor's Personal Property.
