Common use of Notices to the Rating Agencies Clause in Contracts

Notices to the Rating Agencies. The Company or the Trustee, as applicable, shall notify each Rating Agency at such time as it is otherwise required pursuant to this Agreement to give notice of the occurrence of any of the events described in clauses (a), (b), (d), (e) or (f) below or provide a copy to the Rating Agency at such time as otherwise required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement of any of the statements described in clause (c) below:
